"We are often caught in a trap of waiting for other women to step forth with us or
for another woman to step forth first so that we can follow along behind her.  We
don’t want to be the only one.  We don’t want to go it alone.  We women are so
dependent upon one another, but our dependence is to be upon God and Him
alone.  Quit waiting for others to step out, and you be obedient to step out and do
what God has told you to do.  God is looking for one who will go and respond,
“Here I am, send me.”  God is looking for one who will obey and do all that He
speaks to her.  We can’t wait for others to join with us or go with us.  We must be
willing to be the only one.

Malachi 1: 10 Oh that there were one among you who would shut the gates, that
you might not uselessly kindle fire on My altar!...

We are going to look at the power of one.  We are going to look at what one
person can do in obedience to God and what one person can do with God’s help
and power."

"You, woman of God, must be willing to stand alone. “Though none go with me
yet I will follow” needs to be the cry of our hearts to God.  We need to be as Noah,
obedient in the face of all adversity—obedient to God and his call for our lives,
despite all who would mock us and tell us we can’t or we’re crazy.  Be willing to
stand alone, woman of God, and do something great in God.  Noah did."
