"We are in a war not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of
wickedness in heavenly places. We are in a war against the world forces of
darkness with its rulers and powers. We are equipped by God for this war with
divinely powerful weapons of warfare for our right hand and our left hand.
We will now look at these divinely powerful weapons of warfare that God has
equipped us with as soldiers in His army. "

"You have been given authority over all unclean spirits through the name of
Jesus. You have been given the authority in Jesus’ name to cast out unclean
spirits and to heal those whom they have afflicted. Jesus said in Mark 16:17,
these signs (casting out demons and healing the sick) shall follow them that
believed. If you have believed on the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior, you have
been given this authority over all unclean spirits through the name of Jesus.
These signs shall follow you as you believe that you have been given this
authority in Jesus’ name. Begin to use the name of Jesus and do these works!
John 14: 12 says, “Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that
I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go to
the Father. We know that Jesus Himself cast out demons and healed the sick as
He ministered on the earth. It says of Jesus in Acts 10: 38, “…God anointed Him
with the Holy Spirit and with power, and He went about doing good, and healing
all who were oppressed by the devil;… In the name of Jesus, you will do the
works that He did and even greater works will you do. Believe that you have
been given the authority of Jesus’ name, and in His name cast out unclean spirits
and heal the sick."

"The blood of Jesus has washed, cleansed, and released us from all sin. By
the blood of Jesus, we have overcome Satan and have been delivered from his
kingdom of darkness and transferred into Jesus’ kingdom. We are no longer
slaves to sin, and we are no longer slaves to our enemy Satan. We have been
transferred. By the blood of Jesus, we have overcome him. Being free from
slavery to sin and Satan, we are now free through the blood of Jesus to serve the
Living God in His army. We serve in His army to defeat the devil and set other
captives free."
